CHP & CTA Central Valley Unit Sober Grad Night Golf Tournament

The California Highway Patrol/California Trucking Association Sober Graduation Golf Tournament Committee is requesting your assistance and/or participation in making this year’s “37th” Annual CHP/CTA Golf Tournament a great success.  The “37th” Annual CHP/CTA Golf Tournament” will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Rancho Del Rey Golf Club in Atwater, CA.

The “Sober Graduation” campaign is both a title and an objective.  The goal of this tournament is to raise funds for each Merced County High School which participates in a “Sober Grad Night” event. For the past 36 years, the “Sober Graduation” campaign has been successful in decreasing the number of young adults, between the ages of 18 and 25, who are killed in traffic collisions involving impaired drivers.  Our goal this year is to build on that success by continuing to raise the awareness of young people and to help them “make it to their future.”

The committee is asking for your assistance and/or participation from your company (i.e. product or service) to be used during the fund raising raffle event or tee sponsorship.  We are anticipating a highly successful, well-attended outing, and will be recognizing everyone that contributes toward the success of the event, as well as including your name or company name in pre and post media coverage, on tee recognition plaques and large banners the day of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received prior to 7 days before event will receive a refund, otherwise CTA will retain all registration fees. The planners and sponsors of this function claim no liability for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to change speakers and/or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty. The total amount of any liability of the planners and sponsors will be limited to a refund of the attendance donation.
