This year's Fleet Safety Awards will immediately follow the CHP Commercial Vehicle Safety Summit at this same location.

About Fleet Safety Professional

The California Trucking Association (CTA) Fleet Safety Professional of the Year award is a program sponsored by CTA’s Safety Department designed to recognize truck fleet safety managers whose accomplishments are truly outstanding.

The award will honor a fleet or risk manager whose leadership and innovation have enhanced the safety of fleet drivers and the general public. Nominations should include measurable results. The winner will be presented with the award at the Fleet Safety Awards Banquet.

This award aims to promote the highest standards on fleet safety programs as well as the qualifications and performance of safety professionals in the commercial vehicle transportation industry.
