Congratulations to the 2020 Central Valley Unit Endowment Program scholarship winners! While winners weren't able to attend the annual scholarship event in person, here's a video of the winners!

CENTRAL VALLEY UNIT ENDOWMENT PROGRAM

UNFORTUNATELY, THE UNIT CANCELLED THE ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT AND PRESIDENT’S NIGHT.

THESE EVENTS ARE HUGE FUNDRAISERS FOR THE UNIT. THE FUNDS ALLOW US TO FULFILL OUR ANNUAL COMMITMENT OF PROVIDING ENDOWMENTS ($15,000 +) TO LOCAL STUDENTS.

FOUR YEARS AGO, WE CREATED ENDOWMENTS FOR LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES THAT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION RELATED PROGRAMS. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY TODAY, WITH THE HELP OF MEMBERS OF OUR UNIT, WE HAVE INVESTED OVER $100,000.00 WHICH WILL CONTINUE TO CREATE OPPORTUNITY AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MANY STUDENTS EACH YEAR.

ENDOWMENT FUNDING SUPPORTS

State Center Community College District. Offers truck maintenance and engine maintenance programs. These programs have a history of producing the kind of student that would be a great fit within the transportation industry!

Merced Junior College. Currently offers a maintenance program and agreed to help develop a truck driver training program.

WE'RE KINDLY ASKING YOU TO CONTRIBUTE YOUR NORMAL GREEN FEE OR SPONSORSHIP THAT YOU WOULD HAVE GAVE TO SUPPORT AND PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT, BUT INSTEAD PROVIDE THE SAME IN A DONATION TO KEEP THE ENDOWMENTS FUNDED FOR 2020/2021 SCHOOL YEAR.
