This seminar satisfies the training requirements of Title 49 CFR, §382.603 for supervisors of employees who perform safety-sensitive functions (i.e., operate CMV).
The subject matter is current and includes recognition of the signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug use/abuse, as well as the mechanics of compliance with reasonable suspicion alcohol/drug testing regulations. The training will provide the supervisor with a level of comfort with evaluation, documentation, the decision-making process and methods for approaching and discussing observations with affected drivers.
Registration includes a packet of reference materials. A Certificate of Training will be presented to each attendee upon completion of the training.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to the seminar will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS.
